TAIS, January 31, 2024 - Tais Religious Court held its second mobile court session of 2024 on Tuesday, January 31, in Talo District, Seluma Regency. This event marks the court's continuous effort to provide broader access to justice for the community, especially in areas far from the city center.
This is the second time this year that Tais Religious Court has conducted a mobile court session, demonstrating their commitment to providing legal services closer to the community. This activity also serves as an important moment for the launch of their new innovation, MOST (Mobile Service PA Tais), which is a concept of mobile service to provide legal consultations and various related services more effectively and efficiently.
The mobile court session in Talo District opens up opportunities for local residents to access judicial services without having to travel far to the central court. Initiatives like this are extremely beneficial, particularly for communities facing geographical challenges or limitations in accessing legal services.
MOST, as the latest innovation from Tais Religious Court, is expected to improve the quality of judicial services by providing easier, faster, and more efficient access to the community. This program demonstrates the court's efforts in adapting new technologies and methods to meet the legal needs of the community in a more innovative and inclusive way.
The implementation of the mobile court session in Talo District and the introduction of "MOST" program are expected to serve as a model for similar initiatives in the future, ensuring that justice services are accessible to all layers of society, especially in less reachable areas. Tais Religious Court continues to strive to be more responsive to the legal needs of the community and is committed to continuously improving access to justice for every citizen.
